  14. PCD  Manager  is a thumbnail builder with built-in selection for converting
  15. to  IFF 24  or  IFF 8.   It has been written in C non-ANSI and Amiga system
  16. friendly, to have the smallest/fastest executable file. (yes, charon)

  18. GUI   version  is  ShareWare.   Kick3.0  is  required,  and  there  are  no
  19. limitations.
